Main ingredients are:
AHA (fruit acids) stimulate cell renewal and strengthen nails. Lithothamnium extract (red calcareous algae) provides minerals. Mannitol provides lasting moisture and protects the skin.

The red alga - Lithothamnion calcareum - contains a powerful pigment in its plastids. As early as the Bronze Age, coastal dwellers succeeded in utilizing its coloring power. Thus, amphorae and crockery made of faience found in the famous shipwreck off the Turkish city of Uluburun also bear witness to its use as a dye. On the Japanese island of Okinawa, centenarians swear by the alga as a medicinal food because it is rich in iodine and fiber.
