Please remove any nail polish before starting. File the nails of one foot into shape first. Spread the mask evenly in the sock so that it covers the entire inside. The distribution can be improved by light massaging. Place the foot in the sock and close it. Repeat the process on the other foot, leaving the mask in place for 15 minutes or longer if you have time. Open the end of the sock at the toe with the wooden stick and gently push back the cuticle with the wooden stick. Repeat on the other foot. Remove the socks. Massage the rest of the mask into the skin. Carefully remove any excess mask from the nail surface before applying nail polish.
