Face & neck: Move the Gua Sha along the contours of your face. Make eight strokes in each direction to increase elasticity. Then massage over your neck a further eight times to loosen lymph nodes.

Décolleté: Move the stone eight times in a semi-circular motion from the center of your chest in each direction. Then massage the inside and outside of your arms.
