Hyaluronic Acid – holds 10 times its weight in water and is intensely hydrating with an instant plumping effect. Also boosts penetration of other actives and follow-on products.
This serum contains 1 million inactivated Lactobacillus bacteria per ml (level 3) and also an extract of lysed bacterial cells (level 2). These probiotic extracts can signal to skin cells to improve barrier function and reduce trans-epidermal water loss.
Esse’s proprietary prebiotic mix includes Inulin, Alpha-Glucan Oligosaccharides and Yacon root extract to favour the growth of beneficial skin microbes.
Myrothamnus extract – this extract of the Namibian Resurrection plant is very high in antioxidants and has a rapid moisturisation effect that lasts for 24 hours. Rooibos and Olive Leaf Extracts are antioxidants and protect collagen and elastin.

Use in the evenings. Smooth over face, neck and décolleté after cleansing and toning. Follow with preferred moisturiser.
